First Official Screenshots For The Last Story

The first official screenshots for The Last Story, a new RPG from the minds at Mistwalker and coming exclusively to the Wii, have been released today.

Up until recently, the only thing we had seen of the joint venture from Mistwalker and Nintendo were some magazine scans. That changed though with the first ever trailer being revealed a few weeks ago, which can be seen here, showing off some impressive visuals and a unique battle system.

However, today developer Mistwalker has updated the official website for The Last Story and with it comes the first official screenshots of the game, and there's plenty of them. Luckily, we've collected them all in one place for you to view.

The Last Story is the latest game from Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi and his development team at Mistwalker. The game is exclusive to the Wii and is set for a Japanese launch later this year, with rumblings of a full worldwide release expected to be announced towards the end of the year.
