THQ working on 'very, very innovative' Wii Game
THQ have revealed that it has a secret game in development for the Wii which could represent a significant step forward for the console.
The game, still under wraps for the time being, was outed by the company's global exec VP Ian Curran in a recent interview with CVG where has had the following to say on the game:
"There's something else that we're going to reveal later on in the year that wasn't at E3, which is just very, very innovative," he said. "There are very few people who know about it at the moment. It's not another Kinect thing - it's to do with the Wii.People are talking about Kinect and Move at the moment, understandably - but if we'd have had this at E3, people would have been talking about this as a significant step forward for the Wii as well. Maybe [we'll show it at] Gamescom."
With Gamescom only a few weeks away, it's anyone's guess as to what the title might be and how it'll change the tide for games on the Wii. Stay tuned to DS-x2 for all the information should it become available at Gamescom.
