Shantae: Risky's Revenge Debut Trailer

If you've been with Nintendo for some time you'll no doubt be aware that the last great game released, for the Gameboy Color, was Wayforward's Shantae. After a cancelled GBA outing the game is now making it's way to the DSi and here's the first trailer of the game in action.

  Looks fantastic. Really annoyed though as I've been holding off getting a DSi and with the 3DS announced for a potential release this year in Japan (I'll be importing if that's the case), I'm not sure I will buy one now but this was always the game that would make me get one and I really want to play it when it gets released. If only this was a cart release. What to do...

  I'd go for a DSi myself. The original Shantae was amazing.

  I'd love to play the original Shantae. Think like most people I'd moved on to the GBA by that point. Shame really. And now getting hold of the game will cost in the hundreds for a copy. My mistake really. Would definitely be nice to see a re-release though, even as an unlockable in this.
