Engine Software Tilt the DS

Netherlands based developer, Engine Software, have just released a video demonstrating their new 'tech' add on for the DS. The hardware allows for games to be controlled by tilting the DS rather than relying on the more traditional buttons or touch-screen. You can see it now by heading inside.

  Saw this earlier. Certainly a very interesting concept that isn't all too difficult to pull off really given the camera's position to start with. I'm sure even Nintendo will be sitting wondering why they didn't think of it first. Whether it comes to anything is a different question but I'm sure something, perhaps on dsiware, will utilise it.

  Yes, impressive. However, the next DS will contain gyration motion sense controller along with lots of other upgrade and costs $200.
