WII Two New Reviews

We've so many reviews to get though this weekend, we're stating on Friday and here's Chris with the first two.

Yet another entry into the sizeable casual gaming market is Cate West: The Vanishing File from Oxygen Games. Based on the classic 'point and click' format can this succeed where other have failed? Chris gives us his verdict here.

One title which will need little introduction is WayForward's beautiful A Boy and His Blob. We've had many previews of this eagerly anticipated title but is it more than simple eye candy? Chris has all the answers here.

  • Everyone should get A Boy and His Blob. It happily sits alongside the likes of De Blob and Zack and Wiki as one of the Wii's gems. A truly beautiful game, both visually and gameplay wise. Speaking of beautiful, Muramasa is out and playing it. If you thought A Boy and His Blob looked fantastic in motion, you have to see Muramasa.

  • They have done a wonderful job of it. You should check out the concept work on the official site too.

  • The concept art for both A Boy and His Blob and Muramasa looks fantastic. WayForward and Marvelous did a limited edition art book containing the concepts for A Boy and His Blob and it looks fantastic. Shame they only gave them out to a select few journalists as it would have made for a nice collector's edition boxset if they had made a few more copies.
