Fullmetal Alchemist heading to the Nintendo Wii
Square Enix is looking to revive the Fullmetal Alchemist videogame license for at least one more title. This time the Nintendo Wii will be receiving the game based on the anime/manga of the same name.
If your a fan of the Fullmetal Alchemist series then you should be excited to know that Square Enix plans on releasing another title for the series. Last week Famitsu revealed that the Nintendo Wii will be receiving Fullmetal Alchemist: Prince of the Dawn that will be released along side the upcoming new Fullmetal Alchemist series in Japan.
The game will contain an original story that stays directly true with the original manga. Players have the chance to control Edward and Alphonse who will be unravelling the mystery of what is happening.
The game is set to be an adventure game compared to the PS2 Fullmetal Alchemist titles which were action heavy titles. The Wii version will focus more on interaction with people due to it's adventure based premise.
So far Square Enix only plans to release the title within Japan even though the series is popular worldwide.
