Capcom Porting Monster Hunter G to the Nintendo Wii
In the lead up to the release of probably one of the most anticipated titles for the Nintendo Wii, Monster Hunter 3, Capcom have decided they will be porting Monster Hunter G to the Nintendo Wii.
It seems that Capcom wants a Monster Hunter fanbase made up entirely of Wii owners for the release of the upcoming Monster Hunter 3, which will push the Nintendo Wii to its very limits. Famitsu gaming magazine has revealed that before Monster Hunter 3 is released; Capcom will first port the PS2 version of Monster Hunter G to the Nintendo Wii.
Of course this will be one of the many games Capcom has ported to the Nintendo Wii, with many not selling quite well, especially in Japan.
Details of the game aren't known yet; what is known, the title will include online but it isn't known if Capcom will charge like they usually do. It will include 16:9 support along with classic controller support. Capcom also revealed that currently 77% of the game has been successfully ported over to the Nintendo Wii compared to the 40% completed of Monster Hunter 3, in development for a much longer time.

Interesting, but Monster Hunter games virtually has no story, the game play relies heavily on co-op gameplay. Nintendo's wi-fi service is always full and slow, so I don't see how this game can work unless they use single console co-op.
