Activision Announces Several New Titles

It seems that Activision already has next year's lineup of games prepared as they announced Guitar Hero 5, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, James Bond Racing, Tony Hawk Wii, Tony Hawk DS and much more.

It shouldn't come as a surprise, or a shock, but Activision has slated several titles for 2009.

During an advertisers gathering, the PR company behind Activision confirmed that a Guitar Hero 5 will be coming. Along with that gamers should expect another exclusive Wii & DS Tony Hawk title, with the Wii version not using a hand controller. One can expect the usage of the Wii Balance Board for controlling your board on Wii, while a gyro-adapter might be used for the Nintendo DS version.

Call of Duty: World at War 2 was also announced but no mention of a platform was made.

What would have to be the most surprising of their announcements though would be the revealing of a James Bond racing title, not based on a movie, and another racer title claimed as "Mario Kart meets Forza".

  Here's hoping that they actually put some effort into next years Tony Hawks game on the DS cause that piece of crap Motion title is awful. Better get VV back developing it as well. Shame that it's mainly sequels. But then it's their fault for dropping the likes of Ghostbusters.
