WII Wiis to be Sold Out by X-Mas

Third year's a charm, maybe not.

According to a recent article by PCWORLD, you can expect Wii shortages this holiday season regardless of the economic downturn. This will be the third year in a row for the sold-out scenario, even with Nintendo's production "ramp up." Gamestop CFO, David Carlson, figures all retailers will be emptied out by Christmas day. Nintendo's U.S. go-to-guy Reggie Fils-Aime remains confident they can meet demand this year.

Make sure to set up your tent for early morning Wii hunts and Santa will deliver the results.
