Wiihab is the New Rehab
From day one, the very real healing power of the Wii has been extolled; the trend continues.
Physical Therapists at St. Clare Medical Center have started using the Nintendo Wii console to help patients regain motor skills they may have lost.
"One night I was playing the Wii at a family member's house," said James Parsons, the director of physical therapy at St. Clare. "When we woke up the next morning, our shoulders were sore."
Parsons thought, if the Wii makes your arm sore, it must be forcing the body to work.
