WII How Downloadable Songs Will Work on Guitar Hero: World Tour

When Activision announced that Guitar Hero: World Tour would have Downloadable content on the Wii version many wondered how Activision would get around the storage solution. Activision revealed the SD card but it may still cause grief if your Wii is full of WiiWare or Virtual Console titles.

It seems that Activisions SD card solution will still have some people in grief if their Wii is full of Virtual Console or WiiWare titles.

The SD card solution is something that will allow one to store all of their DLC from Guitar Hero: World Tour on a simple SD Card instead on the Wii so that you don't have to always replace songs when new ones come out that you want.

However it has been revealed that you will require at least 200 blocks free of storage that will be used for one DLC song as that song will be used as a content cache which acts as a thing that allows you to play songs off an SD card as it shows that you legally obtained those songs.

Could this be something that other publishers and developers pick up on also and could Nintendo go along the lines as using this for their own storage solution?
