DDoS Attack - Downtime Explained

With E3 coming up, this might not be the news you were hoping for. However, that does not change the fact we've been gone for several hours...

Several thousands of your fellow DS-x2.com visitors (perhaps including yourself) had to be disappointed over the past few hours. Don't worry, we're still alive and kickin', although our server was not reachable even for us.

What was the case? A DDoS, or distributed denial-of-service, attack on the network delivering DS-x2.com to you. The result? A non-functional network and our server unreachable.

Although we know the techies are working their heads off trying to solve the current issues and prevent further problems, we can't be 100% sure we'll be here next time you visit. However, you're welcome to stick with us and hope for an as-normal DS-x2.com!
