Wario Land Shake - First Scan

A first scan of the recently announced Wario Land Shake for Wii has surfaced.

Only revealed yesterday and already talk of the day: Wario Land Shake for Wii. Yesterday, Nintendo of Japan confirmed the existance of the upcoming Wii title through its online release schedule. Today, a first scan of the game surfaced showing you both the first visuals and how we'll play it eventually.

According to the leaflet, Wario Land Shake will be a 2D platformer from the side, just like the original Wario Land titles for Game Boy, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS. The controller will also be held in a traditional way: sideways. However, as the title already suggests you'll get to shake the controller quite often to attack enemies and perform special moves.

  Can't really tell from the scan cause it won't let me zoom for some reason. Anyway, it kinda looks like the character models are pseudo-3d. But honestly, I think this would have been better suited to the DS with a 3d game coming to the Wii (not a sequel to Wario World. That was awful). It does have a DS ring to it as if it was initially being developed for that and has since been brought over to the DS.
