Developer Hudson Soft has revealed some of its plans for the WiiWare platform. In Japan, the company has shown a short release schedule for its projects and some first screenshots.

At the moment, Hudson is working on a Wi-Fi-enabled version of Tetris (Tetris Wii), a Bomberman title (also using Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi 8 Battle Bomberman), a virtual aquarium (Blue Oasis) and a new version of the pinballgame Alien Crush.

Some first screenshots of the titles can be found over at our colleagues from GameFront.

  • Great idea, as most of the Hudson's games can be performed very successfully, cheaply, and easily on Wii Ware. There is really no reason to waste shelf space for something that can easily be downloaded.
