WII 505 Brings Bubble Popping + Cooking to Europe

505 Games announced that both Bust-a-Move and Cooking Mama for the Nintendo Wii have been released in Europe now.

505 Games announced that its two truly innovative Wii titles are now available to buy in Europe.

Cooking Mama and Bust-A-Move release today on Nintendo Wii and are sure to trigger a new wave of Wii remote waving. Both games use the Wii controller in never-before-seen ways to deliver unique gameplay experiences, whether played alone or with friends.

Cooking Mama, developed by Office Create, is an enhanced version of the Nintendo DS top-ten smash hit. Players use the Wii remote to grate, chop, roll, grind, fry and much more besides. Cooking Mama on Wii features multiple modes for single players and a frenetic point-based two-player mode for competitive cooks!

Bust-A-Move, developed by Happy Happening under license from Taito, marks a triumphant return to form for the bubble-popping puzzle game. Bubbles advance from the top of the screen toward the player and if they reach the bottom it's "Game Over"! It's up to players to fire their own bubbles to match three or more of the same colour to clear the playing area before their zany on-screen hero is squished. New features for the Wii version include a brand new way to aim and shoot using the sensitive Wii remote, and exciting new modes including an exclusive eight player versus game.

With their exciting new control methods and colourful and challenging action, Cooking Mama and Bust-A-Move are the perfect answer to Wii fans crying out for innovation. They are also the best entry points for brand new Wii owners looking for fresh and simple ways to play.

Cooking Mama and Bust-A-Move are available today from publisher 505 Games, priced around £39.99.
