Two New Reviews
Two new reviews have just been added to the DS-x2. One featuring the eagerly awaited return of a spaceship flying Fox and the other, a monster hunting RPG.
It's been some time since we've added some reviews but with a little time on our hands, not to mention a determination to decrease or pile of shrink wrapped games we still have to play, we bring you two of the latest DS titles.
First up is Star Fox: Command which should require little introduction for anyone who's been a Nintendo fan for some years. Does it work as well as the original, what's the gameplay like and, most of all was it worth the wait? You can see what we thought by taking a look at our review of Star Fox Command for the NDS.
Secondly we've got the long awaited cart for Altus, Contact, also for the NDS. Best described as a classic RPG with animal training and monster hunting elements. You can find out why Paint Panic enjoyed it so much by reading his review of Contact for the NDS.

I was really hoping Star Fox could be the old SFC style, a good old fashion scroll shooter, but it turns out to be this... disappointed. They emphasize way too much on the touch screen part rather than the game play experience.
I think Star Fox has mostly always been Nintendo's experimental franchise. But this... didn't quite work out. I can't imagine what they're planning to do with it on Wii. Wait...yes I can... and it looks good. Though: To be on rails or not on rials? That is the question. :)
