Kingdom Hearts 3DS Coming Next Year 
Square Enix have confirmed that fans of the popular KINGDOM HEARTS series will be able to experience a new 3-D adventure next year with the North American and European release of KINGDOM HEARTS 3D [Dream Drop Distance], specifically for the Nintendo 3DS system.

Sony's Vita Sells Just 321,000 Units in Two Days. 
We don't generally report on the competition but we had to mention the fact that Sony's new Playstation Vita only managed to shift 321,000 units in it's first two days. This is somewhat below the 371,000 3DS consoles, which Nintendo sold in the same period. This is despite the Vita's stronger software line-up although the price point is very similar. In further Vita news, it appears that the system has shipped with several bugs, which affect its touch screen and software capability. Something that Sony have apologised for in addition to immediately releasing a firmware update.

News is reaching us than Parisian Art Museum: The Louvre is the next unlikely place you'll see a 3DS. Nintendo themselves are to ship some 5,000 units this March to help attract a more modern audience. The consoles will be programmed with audio guides and other features relating to the art. Nintendo today announced a partnership with the Eurosport Group to offer Nintendo 3DS owners a series of 3D sports video content which will become available to receive on SpotPass and view via a dedicated Eurosport video player application which will be available for free of charge on Nintendo eShop.

It appears that LEGO Batman will be returning to Nintendo platforms sometime in 2012. The development of the title was confirmed via artwork printed inside a new range of LEGO Super Hero toys. It's thought that TT Games will once again produce the game which will be released on both the Wii and 3DS.
