58 Teams to choose from (same as in PS2 version). They are:
European area (32 nations) - Britain, Scotland, Wales
Northern Ireland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, Rumania, Croatia, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Greece, Sweden, Norway, The Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Austria, Poland, Finland, Slovakia
Hungary, Slovenia and Israel

Africa area (six nations) - Morocco, Tunesia, Senegal, Nigeria, Cameroon and South Africa

North Central America & the Caribbean Sea area (six nations) - The United States, Mexico, Jamaica, Honduras, Costa Rica and Trinidad & Tobago

South America area (eight nations) - Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Ecuador and one unknown

Asia Oceania area (six nations) - Japan, South Korea, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Australia

4 modes of play:

• The FRIENDLY match mode - Favorite teams are chosen and are pitched against each other.
  
• International cup mode (Only 1P play)
  
• Superstar mode - A favorite player is chosen, its original team is created, and the world´s No.1 is aimed at. (Only 1P play)
  
• PK mode - P.K. Waging war is possible.
