I just finished building my
Yamaha Banshee from the ground up. Fresh top end, new crank, everything. Now I need to break it in properly. I've seen so many different methods?heat cycles, varying RPMs, etc. What's your tried-and-true break-in procedure? I want this engine to last. I have a few different types of oil that I usually
shop bikes for. I've got some conventional 2-stroke oil for break-in, and then I'll switch to synthetic after. Does that sound right? I'm open to all advice. Don't want to mess this up after all that work! Thanks in advance.
