The game saw protagonist Nathan Drake return but also in a larger adventure that took him across the world, as opposed to restricting him to a single island. It nails every element that drives such an experience, and does so using a panache and flair that elevates it above the majority of it's rivals. Free players will quickly realize themselves restricted with what they are able to do without purchases as well.
