NDS Free Rumble Pak With US Metroid Prime Hunters

Nintendo of America is shaking things up a bit, as they're now packing free rumble paks with Metroid Prime Hunters.

Nintendo is shaking things up this summer by offering a free Nintendo DS Rumble Pak with the purchase of Metroid Prime Hunters for the Nintendo DS. The accessory fits into the Game Boy Advance cartridge slot and delivers vibrations to immerse players even further in the smack-talking, morph-balling, Wi-Fi multi-playing Metroid action that Nintendo DS owners are raving about.

Since its launch in March, Metroid Prime Hunters has impressed many gamers with its beautiful graphics and deeply engaging gameplay. Six new bounty hunters, Wi-Fi multi-player action, voice chat and intergalactic rumblings in the palms of your hands make this a bold and distinct chapter in the epic franchise.

The free Rumble Paks with Metroid Prime Hunters are now available at select retailers for a limited time and while supplies last. Whether Europe will face the free gadget as well, remains unknown for the time being.

  • You don't see any other companies do this kind of stuff. Only Nintendo will give their customers free appreciation gifts with no string attached. Prime Hunter is the very first Metroid game that allows you to use more than 2 characters.

  • wow, and you actually have to buy the game to get this gift :P. Not that I don't appreciate this, but they could've done this from the very start.

  • what about europe? and what about the people who already bought it? ah well, a nice thought I suppose. I would probably not even use it as my GBa slot is permanently occupied by my gba movie player.

  • Actually, when the PSP initially launched (or even yet the duration of the Spider-Man 2 pack-in "(1st million sold)"), only the PSP ValuePack was availible.

  • Man, I just had to buy it at launch (darn it). Someone who already owned the game managed to get a rumble pak in the mail by contacting Nintendo, but I dunno if I will be able to.

  • I blogged how about to get a free Rumble Pak from Nintendo in my 1UP blog. Really, all you have to do now is just call them up if you have it registered already. http://my.1up.com/do/blogEntry?bId=6974798&publicUserId=5752645
