GBA Back to Stone - Info & Screens

Graffiti Entertainment let us know that they've finished Back to Stone for the Game Boy Advance. We celebrate with brand new screens and facts on the title.

Signature Devices' wholly owned video game development and publishing subsidiary Graffiti Entertainment has announced they have completed development of Back to Stone for the Game Boy Advance. The title will ship Nov. 15, putting it on retailers' shelves later this year with an MSRP of $29.99.

Back to Stone, developed by Neko and produced by Graffiti Entertainment, follows the long adventure of the unwitting subject of horrible magical experiments. Following the conquest of his world by a race of demons, the hero became a guinea pig for his captors. He becomes a hybrid, half demon, half human, and gains a new power: the ability to transform flesh to stone with his hands; making him one of the few creatures on the planet capable of facing and defeating the demons on their own terms.

In this action-adventure game, players will step into the role of this unwitting, unlikely hero as he battles for revenge and for the fate of the world. Back to Stone comes packed into a 32MB cartridge, using a special isometric 3D engine to keep the graphics sharp, smooth, and running at a crisp sixty frames a second. This helps animate nine chapters and over twenty levels of dungeon-crawling, puzzle-solving action, pitting you and your bare hands against armies of monsters. You'll need every ounce of skill you can muster up, as Back to Stone features some of the most challenging bosses found on any console in years. Only the hardest of the hardcore will be able to overcome Back to Stone's monsters and win their way to face the lord of demons.

"With twenty different environments and at least fifteen hours of gameplay, and unexpected twists at every turn, Back to Stone is one of the surest bets for Game Boy Advance adventure this holiday season," said Kenneth Hurley, CEO of both Signature Devices and Graffiti Entertainment.
