“Justice League: Injustice For All” Marks Videogame Debut
for the Greatest Super Heroes of All Time

LOS ANGELES - May 22, 2002 (E3 Booth # 800, South Hall) – Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY), a leading software industry publisher and developer, announced today that Justice League: Injustice For All is in development and scheduled to ship in fall 2002 for the Game BoyTM Advance. The popular super hero characters will also be featured in videogames scheduled for release on the PlayStationTM2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox™ video game system from Microsoft and Nintendo GameCube™ in 2003.

Justice League: Injustice For All, based on the Justice League animated television series, demonstrates that when global catastrophe strikes and the world lies in peril, the Justice League, the greatest super heroes of all time, are called in to save the day. Fighting for truth, justice and freedom, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Hawkgirl and Martian Manhunter have banded together to fight for the common good against the Injustice League: The Joker, Lex Luthor, Mongul, Cheetah, Solomon Grundy, The Shade, Star Sapphire, Copperhead, Gorilla Grodd, Felix Faust and The Manhunter Robots.

Players encounter nonstop action in 14 unique levels as they face off against the Injustice League and world criminal villain, Lex Luthor. Pick from one of seven mighty super heroes and utilize special powers including The Flash’s super speed, Superman’s strength and Green Lantern’s Power Ring, thwarting the Injustice League’s evil plan to destroy all do-gooders. Battling the enemy both on the ground and in the air, players can promptly switch to different characters to survive.

This title is not officially proposed to Sony Computer Entertainment America.
