ALL Nintendo Dates Kirby And Others For North America

Nintendo of America have today released an updated release schedule for North America, dating the likes of Kirby's Epic Yarn and Donkey Kong Country Returns.

While European gamers will have to unfortunately wait until the first quarter of 2011 to get their hands on the new Kirby, North American readers will be able to pick the game up this October. October 17th to be exact. Similarly, Donkey Kong fans can look forward to playing the new Donkey Kong Country Returns, from Retro Studios, on November 21st. Several DS games were also given a release date.

Several third party titles, WiiWare and DSiWare titles were also given a date re-confirmation or an announcement, with And Yet It Moves coming to WiiWare on August 23rd, Need for Speed Nitro-X coming to DSiWare on September 20th and Shantae: Risky's Revenge being confirmed for a holiday release.

On noticeable omission from this updated North American release schedule is the Hotel Dusk sequel, Last Window: The Secret of Cape West, suggesting that it will be another Cing title that Nintendo won't be publishing in the region, just as they did with Another Code R.

With GamesCom going on as we speak, it's likely Nintendo of Europe will release an updated schedule for that region in the coming days so stay tuned to DS-x2 for that news when it becomes available.
