ALL Developers of Excite Truck Working on Secret Nintendo Title

Monster Games, the developers behind the successful Excite Truck for the Nintendo Wii, have revealed they have been working on a secret Nintendo title for two years which will soon be announced, and it is highly likely to be another racer.

It seems that the success of Excite Truck made Nintendo have the developers, Monster Games, work on another secret title for the past two years. Richard Garcia, the founder of Monster Games, has revealed that for the past two years Monster Games have been working on a secret title for Nintendo which will soon be revealed.

"Right now, the 20 employees at Monster Games are working on a top-secret video game for Nintendo. They've worked on it for two years and are nearly finished. The process is so private the designers must darken their monitors when the bottled-water deliveryman enters the office."

But will this be anything other than a racing game as Monster Games have only ever released racing titles. With Nintendo having many racing franchises in the past it is possible we could see either a new F-Zero title, Excite Truck title, Excite Bike title or even a Wave Race title.

  • I don't think it would be so top secret if it was Excite Truck 2 and I think another Nintendo/Sega collaberation will probably be used for F-Zero Wii seeing how tight the companies have been recently. Excite Bike or Wave Racer would be good bets, or could it be something less realistic. After all, Nintendo do own the rights to a second Diddy Kong Racing. Could the massive success of Mario Kart Wii play into to such a decision?

  • Yeh, it won't be F Zero Wii. Nintendo know that Sega made a godly game with GX so they would ask them to make a Wii version if it was getting done. Perhaps it's a brand new racer, a more realistic racer that the 'core' gamers have been looking for.
