NDS Trials & Tribulations Set For Europe?

Hold your horses... Were you complaining about not getting Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations in Europe and wondering what Nintendo was thinking? Think again!

In 2007, almost the entire world received the second part from the Phoenix Wright trilogy on the Nintendo DS with much grace. After Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All, the series was to end with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations which would tie the main storyline together. After that, Capcom went on developing a brand new series based on mr Wright's future apprentice, Apollo Justice.

After the second part, the wait started for many European fans. Nintendo, which distributed both part 1 and 2, revealed its lineup for the greater part of 2008 but the fans were not happy: no sight of Trials and Tribulations. However, DS-x2.com learned today that there might still be a small chance (read: a pretty big chance, but we're cautious) on seeing the third part after all.

What's the case? All games released in Europe are rated by organisations such as PEGI and the USK. Now the latter happens to have added a record for rating Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations for the Nintendo DS, published by Capcom Europe itself. Although this does not necessarily mean the game will be released, this is a 99% chance of getting the game released.

Happy now?
