Over all, only one game could possess a growing subscription base, EVE Online, and even this is the small growth over time. It nails every element that drives such an experience, and does so having a panache and flair that elevates it above the majority it's rivals. Of course, just as in great story telling, Flynn double crosses Drake once the they obtain the oil lamp and instead gives off Drake to handle the security officers on his own.
