Title: Private Golf Courses Vs Public Golf Courses

I know it may be costly to maintain up an upscale golf course with 12-foot green speed upkeep demands. But if houses in the neighborhood are $1 million plus worth with a golf course within the again yard they should come to grips with it and pay what is required to maintain the golf course alive.
