Nintendo eShop to get sales

Starting today for the anniversary of the eShop the service will be gaining sales.

Sales will be attached to a range of popular titles with discounts of up to 20%. Different games per week during the promotion period as well.

  This wasn't announced in NA version of Nintendo direct, does this mean eShop is not doing well in Europe?

  Everyone gets sales. America only put Mario GBC on sale instead of the full range.

  I already got it, so I ignored it. I got both Mario Land and Mario Land 2, so there is a really good chance I will get Wario Land as well to complete the collection.
