Goku Hits Europe
Atari has revealed that they're planning to publish the card-battle game Dragon Ball Z Harukanaru Densetsu for the Nintendo DS in Europe. The European version of the game is currently titled Dragon Ball Z - Goku Densetsu and is set for an August 2007 release.
Dragon Ball Z: Goku Densetsu is an all new way to play Dragon Ball Z, one of the hottest brands in the video game industry. It is the role playing game (RPG) for Nintendo DS fans of all ages. Combining simple card-based play mechanics and RPG aspects into the much loved DBZ universe, the game is easy to learn, but hard to master.
Features:
- Cards are marked with eight types of actions, eight power levels and eight guard levels for a total of 512 possible combinations that will determine progress;
- Players are dealt five randomly selected cards to play;
- Each card will denote one of eight types of actions;
- The intensity of special attacks will increase as the game progresses;
- Multiple cards can be played together to power up attacks and enhance guard levels for super combos;
- While the game will progress even if players do not choose the best cards, strategic players will unlock more surprises and be more successful in game;
- The game also supports wireless battle for up to 4 players and includes a game sharing mode.

Bring out a proper DS Dragonball Z fighting game like the one on Wii. And on that subject, y'all should try DBZ on Wii as its fantastic. Get yourself a gamecube controller or a classic controller and play it, the wiimote and nunchuk controls are kinda confusing.
When is Bandai going to stop milking a 23 years old title and actually make something new? With two decades of experience, I still haven't found a Dragonball title that can top Hyper Dimension. Supersonic Warriors came in close with the high speed fighting style and the innovating IF story lines, but Hyper Dimension is still on the top of my list.
